American Dental Solutions | East Norriton, PA

I would not recommend going here due to the issues they have with their billing system. They told me I did not have insurance for my first appointment and made me pay $265 out of pocket. My insurance company called them to confirm I do have insurance. It has been 6 weeks and I still have not received a refund. They told me to wait 2 more weeks and then call back if I don't receive it. The hygienist was very good, though.

The team at American Dental is awesome. It is a friendly atmosphere, and they will take good care of you. My hygienist who is at the front on the right side coming in the work area is absolutely the best tech. I truly recommend American Dental!

No one looks forward to dental appointment,as was my case. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst. My first visit to American Dental was a pleasant surprise to say the least ( a filling,and cleaning ). The entire staff was outstanding...almost looking forward to my next appointment. My mother had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at American Dental Solutions in East Norriton. She was under the care of Dr. Male to get dentures. From the very beginning, the process was filled with mistakes and poor communication. It has been an absolute nightmare for her! During her first two visits for impressions, the staff made errors that required them to start over. My mother left those appointments in tears. She decided to get immediate dentures so she wouldn’t have to go without teeth while healing, but within about 7–8 weeks, the bottom denture broke into three pieces. I been going to American Dental for few years. The staff are amazing. Professional and friendly. I appreciate everything the staff have done for me. Kristin, Ally, Liz and especially Lana. Can’t forget Dr. Male. They did an amazing job on my dentures. They look so natural. I just want to thank all the staff at American Dental for giving me the confidence to smile again
