Very good clinic, I love the people specially Leidy, Martha and Annie

So disappointed! Long wait, waste of time!! Only nice people there that I talked too was the two pct ladies. Never again will I go back! I never give bad reviews, but the doctor wouldn’t help me at all considering I drove 2 in a half hours to get there, when I was called in the back, it took him about 20min to even talk to me, after he tells me to hold on several times, while he use the restroom, comes back, on his computer and etc. he just made it very obvious that he didn’t want to see me and he had other things to do pretty much! I’m very disappointed! Expect to wait 5 hours when visiting that unprofessional place

By no means would I recommend American care. I have been going to this practice for 3 months and they have canceled all but 1 appointment. I've called seeking assistance and they hang up on me. Request refills on perceptions and they won't fill them because I did not attend the appointments they canceled. They have no regards for their patients no compassion lack general customer service. Consistently get hung up on.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, unprofessional, poor communication. Especially the doctors! My father been going to this place for years faithfully. They miss Diagnose my father with blood work, but clearly you can see his eyes were yellow! And never bother to check him to ER until we brought it to their attention!!! Now he has stage 4 liver Cancer. I’m Furious, like HOW!! Let alone how many other probably going through same thing.
