Having employees rate themselves is fascinating. Now another perspective from a person whose family member is a patient in one of their facilities. If I had known the condition of the hospital (lack of maintenance) which AAM recently assumed oversight of my choice would have been different. Thirty two years ago I had a great experience at Dameron Hospital in Stockton California, however the last four days at Dameron have been a nightmare. Inconsistent level of care and now patient confidentiality issues. Is AAM really an option for anyone? I’ll be looking into the Dameron Foundation to see if it still exists and if so question their continued support of this facility. My experience at AAMG has been one of the best work environments. I’ve been given many opportunities to learn new task and grow my skill set. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge about many different types of medical facilities. I enjoy the work environment as my supervisor has always been supportive and helpful. Coworkers are all helpful and I am excited to be at work.

I have worked at Glenn Medical Center, AAMG is the parent company, for over two years now. AAMG offers a tremendous amount of growth potential. My Supervisor has given me all of the tools and support I need to be efficient in my role. I personally enjoy the family like work environment. My Co-workers are friendly and helpful.
