Total mean jerk answers the phone in the clio location. Why on earth would anyone go here after they answer the phone so rudely. Glad I called so I know that I don't want to go there just because of her!

Fourth visit here and the staff is always fantastic. They treat what is wrong and you are in and out. I go out of my way to drive to them. Thank you all for being awesome!

Went there this morning and they don’t take the insurance. I offered to pay cash or card for the visit and was refused treatment by receptionist at front desk. She said it would be insurance fraud if I paid for her visit when she had insurance. She didn’t ask what she was being seen for. She could had a life threatening illness or injury. Treatment was refused.i asked for explanation and they young lady was very rude. My reply to yours. The receptionist did not know the nature of why we were in there. It could have been life threatening. I’ve been in the medical field for 26 years and very well aware of laws. I did offer to pay for the visit with cash or card. I’m not from the Clio area. I do live in a metropolitan area that deals with trauma as well as all sorts of life-threatening illne

The receptionist at the front desk is a total and complete incompetent human. Asked for insurance cards and such And didn't even look at it , I had also mentioned it might be an old card. She made no eye contact. She shouldn't be in this type of field if you can't even look at the patient your talking to.

They r the worst.. always a Physician's assistant and then after an hour of seeing them the script still wasn't sent to the pharmacy. And this was not my first rodeo with them but I thought I'd give them one more chance
