AMC Urgent Care Plus

By far the most pleasant, efficient, and enjoyable urgent care experience I personally have ever had. I was able to schedule my appointment and do so very easily online. The staff extremely professional and personable you could since they actually enjoyed their job. We were tended to quickly by a physician with a background in emergency medicine. He informed us that AMC urgent care plus is physician owned. That is actually very rare because most urgent cares are corporate or hospital owned or private equity owned. It was extremely refreshing in every way and I will no longer go to any other urgent care unless I absolutely have to. Thank you for treating myself and my 9 year old promptly and personally. Well done and keep up the good work.

Without letting us know ahead of time, they charged us $200 for a covid/flu a/flu b rapid test. A test we could have gotten at CVS for about $25. Now, we owe them $150 for this test because my insurance won't cover that much. What on earth gives them the right to charge 1000% the cost of doing the test myself??? And, if I had known that's what they were going to charge, I would never have agreed to them doing it. It's lovely when you have a sick kid and places like this take advantage of it.

I hate to give them one star because they were very friendly and I loved being able to book online. However they gave me a Covid Test without asking me if I wanted one and they didn’t tell me that they had given me one and when I received my invoice it was an extra $50. I called about it and they said they would call me back but they never did. So I called them again and they said I have to pay for it. So please beware that they will test you for whatever they want to without asking you or even telling you after the fact that they did or even the results. You won’t know until you get the surprise on your invoice.

My daughter’s pediatrician was out of the office so I decided to take her to AMC Urgent Care in Broken Arrow, Ok! We were very pleased with the service. From the girl at the front desk to the male nurse who roomed us and the provider everyone was nice and helpful. The male nurse (I didn’t catch his name) was excellent with my daughter explaining every test to my daughter so she wouldn’t be afraid! We will be back if we need to in the future! Thanks so much for your service and care!!

My visit was exceptional from the moment I walked in the door! I went in for ankle pain from a fall on a Sunday afternoon. Ended up having a fracture. I was a nervous wreck! I was greeted by Bree who was very efficient and sweet. Then Shelly brought me back to get my details and vitals. She was so calm and helped me feel less anxious and was basically with me through the whole process. Then I saw the provider, Erin, and she was also fantastic. I will definitely go back if I should ever need to!
