I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR!! I took my dad to do his stress test, the staff was very unfriendly and rude. For a moment my dad went to the restroom and the old lady that works their on the second floor kept getting so annoyed he was taking his time, mind you, my dad hasn’t gotten to the bathroom all day, had just finished a 24 hour shift, and is fasting. She kept asking me where he was and I told her multiple times he went to the bathroom, she even wanted me to go inside to check on him. Once it came time for the IV the other lady inserted it into the wrong place which caused him a lot of pain. They had to do it twice. They were rushing the patients like cows in a farm rather than human beings. I am amazed at how unprofessional , rude and disgusting a place can be considering how much w

Not sure why I made an appointment or had so many phone calls getting my insurance squared away. 30 minutes in and Im still waiting and we still had to run through insurance again. Early morning doesnt make a difference and parking is cash only or street pay on phone. We will see how the actual scan goes.

I have done my studies mostly in this facility for more than 10 years. I had an excellent experience in this diagnostic center. Courtesy, speed, environment, respect. I will continue visiting this office as I always did, even without medical insurance, because they have a very affordable price for those who have to pay out of the pocket. THANK YOU.

I tried to rate zero but i couldn’t. Avoid this place. If you can have your xray or other services done elsewhere, please do yourself a favor and do it. Terrible experience!

Estoy feliz con la atención de este centro y en especial con el de las señora Magalys porque me llamó la atención su energía y su servicio para nosotros y la señora yanelis muy profesional y amable. Y el señor Víctor me atendió con mucha rapidez y amabilidad
