Ambulatory Care Center

I was there yesterday for child pediatrics care the receptionist was so disrespectful so rude tolking to me lake I’m dog. Make me sign $485 bill first and after I find out the child got insurance and for the first visit it’s free. I receive that information after someone call me from the hospital. make me wait 5 hours. At some point i was the only person siding on the waiting room. I will never go to that place for anything for the rest of my life My wife was not filling good, When I ask she told me to find out by my self and I have to leave without seeing any doctor.👎🏼

If I could give zero I would. I had an appointment at 5. Came at 4:50 and had to wait for nearly 40 minutes . What's worse I didn't even get to see the doctor I was assigned to . This is completely ridiculous. What a waste of time. Never want to come here again

The wait time here is ridiculous. Even with an appointment. U could have an 10am appointment time and not see the doctor til 3pm. Walk ins are even worst. HOWEVER the staff here is amazing and friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible.

Staff is rude infront and have to wait a very long time to see doctor like 3 to 4 hours everytime
