This office is the equivalent of a dental drive through. There are no individual rooms separated for confidentiality or privacy during exams or procedures. There is little or no connection with the dental staff unless you have encountered a problem, which in most cases means it’s too late. Chairs are lined up side by side and all around one large room where all kids get put together. My child had an appointment with Dr Brooks regarding some cavities (that I never saw on X-rays) and I was concerned about the plan he had so I requested to speak with him, which is wild that this office is so impersonal that you have to ask for an explanation, but then for the follow up two months later I realized there had been miscommunication and was upset that nothing had been said. Recently my children came in for a cleaning , they did really good making my kids as comfortable as possible! The assistance were all really interactive with my kids , especially my more nervous baby!!! My baby also had 2 teeth wiggled out that morning as well , and the staff in the back and dr Woods , did amazing! my baby did not fuss or fight , and never shed a tear!! 10/10 would bring my babies back ❤️

I've seen some bad experiences detailed, so I was skeptical. However; they did an awesome job with my autistic son. He is mostly nonverbal and was clearly anxious, but they made the process so smooth. Our hygienist was awesome and friendly. The doctor was kind and informative. We will be seeing them from now on.

Ambrose Pediatric Dentistry is absolutely phenomenal! I’ve taken both of my boys here to have work done and am highly satisfied with the outcome. Both boys were treated so kindly and were comfortable each visit. The staff and doctors are great and very informative on what’s being done. We recommend all of our family and friends to go! ❤️❤️

My son had to be sedated for his dental procedure everyone there was very friendly and explained everything in detail and made us feel comfortable I was there when they administered anesthesia and had no problems my son didn’t even cry or fight. it was a very easy experience four crowns placed in less than an hour and my son hasn’t complained of any pain at all.
