Ambient Medical Care

I went here on 2/8 because I was showing symptoms of pink eye and it was worsening. I thought it was causing a high fever and respiratory symptoms. Ambient care tested me for Covid and Strep. Both came back negative. So, without testing me first, the doctor said she THINKS I have the flu. She completely ignored the symptoms in my eye, even after I mentioned it twice. She put me out of work for 5 days, which is standard with the flu and I just went on about my business. But, Monday and Tuesday, I noticed my eye was getting worse and it spread to the other eye. I called my primary and luckily she was able to see me because I certainly have pink eye, as well as the flu and needed eye drops and a different antibiotic. I called ahead to talk to the operator and she was very kind and walked me through what I would have to do. They have a QR code to check in now and that made reading through the paperwork and getting an appointment easier for me at least. They were professional and kind. Unfortunately, the prices did go up, but every time I go it’s worth it and I am always pleased when I walk away, I need to remind myself of that. So far I have never had a bad experience. They always take good care of me as a patient and follow through! 5/5 stars. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me!

Had a great experience at Ambient Medical Care. Clean facility, professional team, and fast service when I really needed it. They made an urgent situation much less stressful. Definitely my go-to urgent care.

The staff here are very nice and attentive. The provider I saw was extremely kind and patient!! I was in and out in an hour from start to end. I definitely recommend!

Can definitely see why you have a 3.1 star rating. Your reception is just trash and speaks to customers like they're beneath her and likes to slam doors in people's faces in the middle of a conversation. She definitely should not be working with the public if she has an attitude like that and should find another job if she's not happy with the one that she has. This receptionist was working on the 14th of December and closed the facility at 5:00. So whoever was at the counter at 5:00 is trash and needs to find another job.
