Amazing Eyes Optometry & Optical - Ritu Kapoor, O.D. Optometrist

Dr. Kapoor is very knowledgeable, I used to go to one of the famous chain optometry offices for years and every time they prescribed a pair of glasses for me, I could not wear them comfortably and my eyes would get strained. The optometrists there used to tell me this is normal and I should keep wearing them until I get used to them, no that was not the case! And I found out about this when I visited Dr. Kapoor's office and she gave me the prescription for my new glasses! I was able to wear them from the get go, no eye straining, no issues, no getting used to. She is the best. Her office manager Ray is also wonderful, he responded to each and every email I sent, checked my benefits by calling my insurance, scheduled an appointment for me on a weekend so I didn't even have to take off from

I would honestly give her a 0 star, she’s never open and when I need a refill they day they’ll call me back and never mind you I’m having a bad inflammation in the eye because they never called me back, don’t even get me started on her office hours it’s insane doctors are not gods and should persecuted for neglecting there patience it’s all one big money

Dr. Kapoor is amazing! Called in for an emergency eye injury, and she was able to see me on the same day. Edit: Dr. Kapoor goes above and beyond to make sure a patient gets best treatment. She is really caring and listens to patient's problem in details and explains the cause and possible solutions. I highly recommend seeing her if you have any eye related problems.

Most personalized experience I’ve ever received for finding not only the right prescription for contacts but also glasses! Dr. Kapoor has a very well rounded wealth of knowledge that was incredibly accommodating. Very friendly assistant that provided clear information regarding insurance coverage and a helpful perspective on frames. Highly recommend!
