Amarillo Vision Specialist

I wish I could give this 5 stars. The doctor and one of the assistants were very nice and deserve 10/5 stars. The lady who was at the front desk today was extremely rude and would not take the insurance we gave. She kept insisting that they don't take medicaid for contacts, but we don't have medicaid. I kept explaining to her that we have a private insurance that it was not at all a medicaid insurance. She rephrased how medicaid won't cover it at least 4 times. She would not take the other female assistant's word after she ran the insurance herself. After finally conceding and taking my more than valid insurance, she never apologized.
