Amarillo Interventional Pain

I was sent to Dr Taylor between four and five years ago for chronic back pain from numerous surgeries. He told me after reviewing my records he thought he could help me and thoroughly explained what procedure he would be doing. After each procedure I would be pain free for several months. The time between each procedure got longer. After last one I've been pain free going on two years. This is the first time in ten years I haven't had any pain! Dr Taylor was as excited about this as I was. Dr Taylor is absolutely the best Doctor I've ever dealt with as far as compassion, caring, listening, taking time to explain things and the list goes on. I know he sincerely cares about my well being.

Very poor bedside manner. Dr. Taylor speaks down to his patients, and is inconsiderate of their time. He seemed annoyed when I asked him about my procedure and was continuously rushing me through the visit. I waited for 2.5hrs just to be taken to a back room, and waited for another hour there. When the doctor finally showed up smelling like cigarettes for about a 5min rushed conversation, he told me that if I didn't give him advanced notice of cancellation, that he was still going to charge me for the procedure. I was told to wait for one of the staff to go over the procedure. And he left the room. I waited for another 20 min and finally had enough. I walked out into the hall and found a nurse, I told her I wasn't happy with how I had been treated and was told that it was normal there. I t

I have never been to a doctor that is so thoughtless of a patient pain, only cares his pocket book. Your bed side manners are the worst. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my enemy! PERMANENTLY DISABLED MEANS NEVER GOING BACK THE WORK FORCE, OKAY TO GIVE OPIOID TREATMENT. GROW A SET!
