I used to go to the one on Port. Never got in to my appt on time. Always had at least a 2 hour wait. This new location is a true blessing. You arrive and within min you are seen. Love my Dr. And the staff is so helpful and friendly.

There's a lack of consistency and care for a patient's time. Front desk failed to check me in and no apology given. Waiting over an hour & a half is unacceptable. People work and there should be consideration about a patients' and caregivers' time. An apology carries weight with people.

Almost impossible to get a live person. To cancel or make an appointment guarantees being stuck in computer hell for a very long time. I've tried all morning, it's 150 now, and no answer. I'm trying to cancel my appointment tomorrow the 23rd. Since I can't get an answer this will prove I tried to cancel.

Why does this place take so long to answer a phone!!! Is there only 1 operated? I am always on hold anywhere from 10 to as long as 25 minutes just waiting for someone to answer. Completely unacceptable. Plus seems like always overlooking. Wait times up to 3 hours sometimes!!!!!

Dr. Soya is an excellent cardiologist! Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He has caught some issues I didn't know I had. Explains options and treatments very well. Always follows up with me. I've had to go to hospital a couple of times and I know he is on top of issues. Everyone there is great, very professional and personable! Always there for me, especially during times of worry. I am grateful for everything they have helped me with. God bless all of them!
