Warm, good listener who also took in my own issue notes quickly and efficiently. She projects confidence that appears from her brief history to be justified. The support staff in the practice have all seemed to me (so far) to also be warm and helpful. The group's primary issue appears to be an outdated set of computer support systems (phone system, portal, etc), which they report they are in the middle of revamping/replacing.
