Made an appointment for 3:30. I asked for potentially a 4 o clock appointment so I wouldn’t have to take time off of work they told me the latest appointment Dr Lyman took on any day was 3:30. I left work early, got docked pay to make the appointment. Came in for my 3:30 appointment. No other patients were in office other than me. They had me wait 30 mins when I asked what was going on if I was going to be seen I was told not until the appointment time. They took other appointments that walked in immediately before taking mine regardless of there being no one else initially in office. Don’t waste your time here. They have no respect for you or your time. Never coming here again.

Feel completely taken care of here. Dr. Lyman listens to concerns. I suddenly got glaucoma and the changes have been hard, but the clinic and staff are great.

This is by far the best experience I have had with an eye doctor! I moved to this area in July and my initial appointment was to find contact lenses that would address my vision issues. I have used bifocal glasses for the past couple years and was hoping multifocal or monofocal lenses would help. Unfortunately, neither worked for me though I tried many different versions. So we then explored GP lenses which helped with the vision, but didn't fit right (and I lost one of them). I must have contacted the office a dozen times in the past couple months. As I was apologetic for feeling like I was taking too much of his time, he responded "I really want to find something that will work for you". He also mentioned "I like to solve puzzles". When I received a work related injury, I arrived to AECA, for treatment. They received me promptly with a careful look, they were able to remove the obstructions. Overall impressed with their customer service. Thank you.
