Absolutely love love my dentist! The office is modern, the wait is very short the staff is friendly and the doctors are personable and professional and provide excellent dental care. So glad I found them. Highly recommend!
Dr. Davis is awesome! Great chair side manner ,takes her time and explains everything. pain free needle when given the shot so gentle. If you want a great dentist with a great staff this is for you! It was my first visit I have my dentist for life. LOL. Loria K.
As a nurse I know it may sound crazy. I have always been afraid of the dentist. Yea I was.. was is the operational word…now I’m still afraid of needles lol…but Dr Duval and the staff have converted me!! Awesome service! I finally did my 7 fillings finally!! I’ve been afraid to but she was patient and thorough never felt a thing and ate as soon as I wasn’t numb lol. Lifelong client here now!! Great service, calming and clean environment!!
Amazing! Dr Duval is brilliant with gentle touch and is wise. She has great integrity and doesn't make you do anything unnecessary as far as procedures. If it's not in the best best interest of your teeth she will not recomend it. The office is very nice and clean and up to date. No long wait times. No nonsense. She's THE BEST!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this AMA Dental Care office, specifically with the front desk staff. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Calls were Abruptly cut off while trying to ask simple questions, and the tone used when speaking to patients was nasty and disrespectful. This behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and stressful. While I must say that the doctors and dental technicians were okay and did their jobs professionally, the poor attitude and conduct of the front desk staff completely overshadowed the care. Customer service is a major part of healthcare, and patients should Never be treated this way. Because of this experience, I do not think I be returning to this clinic and would not recommend it unless serious improvements are ma
