Alyssa worked with me before my spinal fusion surgery to improve my strength, mobility and flexibility, which made a huge difference going into the procedure. After surgery, her personalized and thoughtful approach has been instrumental in my recovery, helping me regain strength, movement, and confidence. I started seeing Alyssa after the birth of my son for long-standing tailbone pain that was present before pregnancy and significantly worsened by childbirth. Within a few months of working with her, the pain was completely gone. After my second birth, I developed hip pain and other issues, immediately went back to Alyssa and once again, she was incredible. She is not only an excellent physical therapist, but deeply knowledgeable about female health as a whole. She looks at the full picture, connects the dots between providers and systems that often operate in silos, and is a truly thoughtful advocate for her patients, even voice recording exact notes to use in speaking to my doctor. Alyssa Padial is an extraordinary practitioner. I first saw her for pelvic floor therapy 12 years ago and when, one child and more than a decade later I needed PT again, she was my first choice.
