I had an amazing stretch massage session with Krystal! Before we even started, she took the time to ask what I was experiencing in my body, which made me feel really heard and cared for. Throughout the session, she consistently checked in about my comfort level during each stretch and gently reminded me to breathe through it, which made a huge difference. The entire experience was relaxing, intentional, and restorative. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and aligned. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Krystal if you’re looking for a thoughtful and effective stretch session.

This was my first experience & I highly recommend! I was introduced through the running community & seeing Krystal at a few races offering stretching services. Came in for a massage & was not disappointed! Started by inquiring about any areas of concern and level of pressure desired. Atmosphere was inviting, comfortable & really set the stage for the experience. The massage…she had my legs moving in ways I didn’t think I could lol Released so much tension & really got into the deep tissue. The head massage at the end had me floating! Will definitely be back to try the stretching packages as well!

Heard about Krystal through word of mouth, and the hype is real! She is an extremely talented massage therapist. I typically get a few massages a year for special occasions and have been to high end spas for massage, but this was by far the best experience in recent memory. The space is really cute and located in a building with a few psychiatrists and an acupuncturist. It’s right by the splash pad and TJs playground. Krystal met me at the door and welcomed me in. It was very quiet and she used an unscented oil which I appreciated. Right away I could tell she was a pro. She is very strong and I had to ask for less pressure despite typically getting deep pressure massages. Her background is professional dance, and she definitely has a great understanding of muscle tension and pain. I asked

Krystal was able to fit me in last minute today, and I’m tremendously grateful. I arrived in severe pain and left feeling significantly better. Her work was effective, and it’s clear she’s highly knowledgeable. We identified several areas that will really benefit from ongoing massage and assisted stretching, so I’ll be returning weekly and adjusting the plan as we make progress. I can be a bit particular, so it’s worth mentioning that the space was clean and welcoming. She was kind, professional, and very accommodating. I’m so glad she’s in the neighborhood!

OMG. Just had the Self Care me please service and I can’t sparkly highly enough about the foot soak and one hour massage. The herbs in the soak were wonderful. It literally got rid of my headache before we began the massage. Krystal was a wonder and a god send. Great service and impeccable knowledge of her craft. She’s def earned a repeat customer. Don’t walk to her… RUN!!! She’s amazing!
