I can't enough good things about Alvarado Meadows. The staff treated my mom like family. When the time came, they were caring, served our family, and mourned with us when mom passed away. They worked as a team with Wings Over Texas Hospice to provide mom the best care and environment during her last days. The Activities Director is one in a million. She has created a community environment for the residents who look forward to socializing and participating in everything that she has planned. I would like to share our incredible experience with Alvarado Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. Our loved one with Alzheimer's needed urgent placement in a memory care unit and the staff at Alvarado went above and beyond to help our family. I have never met staff with more compassion and sympathy. Dzenana the marketing and admissions coordinator and Latifou the administrator traveled to Ft Worth late Friday evening to evaluate our loved one after hearing our story and arranged for her admission that very day to get her out of the hospital where she had been placed in a bed in the hall for 4 days. We did not arrive at the facility until after 10pm, Dzenana met us there to help us get her admitted and answer any questions we had. She stayed until after 11pm and was so kind an

This is a wonderful facility and truly a Blessing to our family! The facility director Latifou Amoussa and the admissions coordinator Dzenana Barrett are absolutely amazing, and they came to visit us at our home and meet our family member who is now a resident there, they have been so caring and concerned as well as very helpful during the admissions process and they continue to stay in contact with us and involved in our Loved one's care! The entire patient care staff are so Amazing & Loving to our family member, and she is so happy with them all! The office staff have been so helpful and caring as well from the financial coordinator to the social worker! Alvarado Meadows continues to be like Family to our Family We are so thankful and Blessed!
