Alvarado Hospital Medical Pharmacy

My favorite country hospital in San Diego central, this one has a slower pace and friendly staff. Lots of parking and access to the trolley, I highly recommend this hospital. Lulu.

Back in 1983, I severely broke my right leg, tibia and fibula, in a moped accident, while a full time student at San Diego State University on the same Alvarado Drive . Thereafter I had 5 or 6 more surgeries on the right leg and a bone graft to get the leg to mend. I have about an inch and a half leg differential and wear a corrective heel. I stayed in the hospital about 3 weeks the first time. I got through it and glad they did accept me, on a guaranteed student loan (which under Former President Ronald Reagan was delayed due to Budget cuts of 1981-1982). My Orthopedic Surgeon, Byron King, M. D., a military-trained surgeon, did the surgeries with a Rod and bone graft and additional smaller surgeries thereafter.
