Alvarado Compounding & Retail Pharmacy

The pharmacy is never open… they are now closed mondays, wednesdays and fridays. They claim to be open on Tuesdays and thursdays from 9-5 but both times have have shown up at 3 and 4pm no one is here and the doors are locked

My girlfriend was diagnosed with the flu and was prescribed medication to this pharmacy. After confirming multiple times with the urgent care that we went to sent over the prescription, we were told by Alvarado Pharmacy that they never received anything even after the urgent care confirmed that the pharmacy acknowledged the prescription on the online portal. Also this Pharmacy is only open 2 days a week so I couldn’t even go in person to try and resolve this issue, instead I’ve spent days trying to catch a customer service agent when someone is actually working. I strongly advise using any other pharmacy than this one.

Alvarado compounding pharmacy is outstanding! I’m so happy I found this place. The pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers receive the best care. Their service is fast and efficient, and they care about the well-being of their customers. they make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Alvarado Pharmacy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pharmacy. Five stars all the way!

This is by far my favorite pharmacy in all of SD. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t feel like I’m Going to the pharmacy, i feel like I’m going to say hi to friends. Whenever i need a refill or forgot they are so quick to get it ready! If you need a pharmacy look no further :)
