The service and staff at Bank's Apothecary are exceptional. They will always respond quickly, can make difficult processes easier, and are endlessly Reliable! As a provider Banks saves myself and staff hours of time that would be spent on the phone with other pharmacies. Not to mention they always add an extra treat to their shipments.

Banks is Amazing! I am a Nurse Manager for an outpatient practice in Chester County, PA and we order a lot of Maintenance Specialty Medications for Addiction and they are wonderful to deal with. Much Better than any other specialty pharmacy. They are in network with just about all insurances. They are our go to and Number 1 Choice! (and they send us candy too.)

Our clinic has been working with Bank's Apothecary for over 2 years and I can't imagine using any other pharmacy but theirs. The service is outstanding and the entire staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is a company you never have to second guess, they are always on the ball and make my job so much easier. In the time I have worked with them, the shipments have always been on time, I have never received a shipment late. Our clients orders change daily and they have always accommodated us with next day shipping. Would recommend them to anyone who likes organization and reliability!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been working with Banks for my patient prescription needs for several years now and they have always been outstanding. The staff is kind, attentive, and work quickly to make sure my patients get the medications they need in a timely and efficient manner. My office orders a great amount of injectables and specialty medications and they have been the best pharmacy to work with, and we've tried many. The office and I agree, if we can work with Banks for everything, we would. Our first question for any specialty medication need is "Can we get that from Banks?"

Bank's Apothecary is the most dedicated and professional specialty pharmacy that I have worked with.
