I normally don’t leave bad reviews but my experience with this business left me compelled to share my interaction. Visit 1. Got a new reading prescription. Visit 2. Got a text message saying my glasses were ready. When I tried my new glasses on I could not read a thing. Luckily I had my old glasses with me. And asked them to measure the old and the new glasses to compare. They did and discovered that one lens was wrong; they entered the wrong number in the system. Visit 3. Got a text that my new glasses were ready. Tried them on but they were off; problems with the depth perception. Compared the new ones with the old ones. But the new ones were off; my vision was fragmented. I asked for a refund but they said a refund doesn’t apply b/c these were prescription glasses. At this point I as
