I truly appreciate this pharmacy and its dedicated team. They are both thorough and efficient when it comes to order fulfillment and delivery. I’m especially grateful for the complimentary essentials, such as alcohol wipes and a sharps disposal container, that are thoughtfully included with each order. The speed of delivery makes a significant difference and greatly eases the burden for patients.

This is by far the best online pharmacy I’ve used. The customer service is incredible—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions. The ordering process is smooth, and the delivery is fast and reliable. Medications arrive on time and well-packaged, with clear instructions. It’s so convenient not having to go to a physical pharmacy, and the level of care they provide is just as good, if not better. Alto is the worst pharmaceutical. They won't send you the medicine on time. When you complain they will tell you that the product that needs freezing you can use it broken down. There is no product warranty. If you complain, they won't attend to you. They will not refund unauthorized charges. Please, if you appreciate your health, change your pharmacy.

My surgeon had requested to fill Oxycodone for my upcoming surgery. Unfortunately Alto Pharmacy messaged me to say that they don't fill Oxycodone as these opioids are on a nationwide shortage while also being deemed dangerous for new users to take. So had it filled at Valley Health. Today is the day after surgery and I still feel no pain so won't even have to take 1, though if pain rears its head I'll be taking them. Alto Pharmacy is excellent otherwise.

Wish they delivered it. Never required signature before. I had to drive 20 miles each way to main post office to pick up. Please use fed ex or ups next time. I have a new postal carrier on my royte and service in my area a joke. Thanks. Got this medicine 6 days late plus has to pick up myself.
