If you’re doing IVF - Avoid this place at all costs. They have one job: to deliver medication. They lied to me about shipping IVF medication when it was never shipped. I had to drive to the location to determine this. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I’ve been sitting here for an hour trying to get more answers. I was referred here by NYU who told me that other patients have been having issues too. If you want reliability with your IVF meds, go elsewhere.

Transferred prescription processed pretty fast once my last pharmacy responded. However this is the first time I had a prescription delivered where it was left in my lobby and not at my apt. door, No door bell ring either.
