Alto missed a delivery last night of important medication, and provided no update or alert. The medication was to be taken on a specific schedule, and their missed delivery disrupted that. Do not rely on Alto to deliver your medications on time. Additionally, Alto could not refund the tip for the delivery driver, despite no delivery having taken place.

I had a time sensitive prescription that was supposed to come between 12:30-4:30 but didn’t arrive until 6:15 after I called customer support. I wasn’t able to track the order through the app either.

So disappointed. They guarantee same day delivery and give windows between 6-10pm and today my medication was 2 hours late and I missed my window for medication. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t recommend this company for your IVF needs. Zero star review. But this company is forcing me to give them 1 star in order to review and submit it.

Alto is great! Customer service is wonderful and deliveries are stress free. Delivery folks are very nice as well. Love ordering from Alto!
