Seamless and excellent customer service. From the time my doctor called in a prescription, to me being notified to set up delivery, speaking to the pharmacist and pharmacy tech about cost and making sure med was in stock, and the med being delivered all within 5 hours?! Incredible! Highly recommend using Alto pharmacy for your medication needs! Polite and helpful staff and easy to use app. A+++

Have been with alto pharmacy for years and recently having issue after issue. The latest issue was they delivered the wrong prescription and then told they can’t take it back and cant refill the correct prescription. They gave no resolution even though this was their mess up and basically told us we are out of luck. These prescriptions were for a 10 year old diabetic child. To just say sorry that sucks but there’s nothing we can do to fix this is wild. Having all of our prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and will never use alto again. Could go on and on about issues we’ve had with them but this one was our final straw. Use to love them when we first started but they have gone down hill and don’t seem to care about their patients at all anymore. Sad. Save yourself the headache a

They missed my prescription! Tried to deliver only 1 out of 2 medication on it. We are paying THOUSANDS for time critical emergency medication & this pharmacy just misplaces them, which is RIDICULOUS!! Customer service is ABSURD! I had to call in 6times & wait long hours to get my medication in time (they first argued multiple times that there was only 1 medication in the prescription & then realized it’s an issue with their system processing it, such a CRAPPY system dealing crucial prescriptions?)

Super responsive and helpful. They were able to have a time sensitive medication transferred and delivered same day! I would definitely use them again.

Driver suggest ETA of 155 pm but did not show up until 239 pm. Also, prescription was left outside the wrong house....house next to mine. Thankfully, since I received a text I was able to look outside and see that he had left it at the house next door.
