Alto Pharmacy

I haven't been with them long, and so far they were pretty good (they never had what I needed in stock, but it was ordered quickly and my need wasn't urgent). Today, however, I do have an urgent need, and my doctor got the prescription in over an hour before they were supposed to close. I called the second I got home then submitted three messages in the portal over the course of almost an hour while I was waiting, asking if I could please get it filled today. No one has responded, and they are now closed—and I have now been on hold for 49 minutes. I'm just hoping I don't end up in the ER tonight. I will be switching pharmacies after this.

Needed a medication first thing Saturday morning. I called to make sure it was in stock and to find out the cost. Their price was the best in the Denver metro area. The representative let me know they would get it ready for me in about 30min. When I got there 20min later it was ready. Thank you Alto pharmacy. I am very satisfied with your prompt efficient service.

If I could leave 100 stars, I would. 100 out of 10 experience! Caitlin on the customer service team was super supportive after someone else at Alto told me the cut-off for same day delivery would be 6pm for order placement. Caitlin was able to communicate with the pharmacy and allow me to do a pick-up after hours at 6:20pm. I really appreciate the fast responsiveness of the team on everything from price quotes, to order placements, to customer service, and same-day delivery offerings. It is especially helpful for the a healthcare journey that includes new medications, processes, and timelines that are so uncertain - where they might change, but also quite rigid in timeline and treatment. I moved to Denver and right after I moved, my pharmacy in Minneapolis closed. I struggled to move scripts over without being able to contact somebody at my old pharmacy. King Soopers and Walgreens never got back to me, but Alto had it resolved within a day or so. It's so nice to have prescriptions delivered right to your door. No more panicking to get to the pharmacy!
