Our pediatrician referred us to a couple dermatologists. The staff at one office realized that my child needed to be seen sooner than later and had great care and empathy over the phone. This office was the other place. They made an appointment for over a month out and when I mentioned that would be a long time for my 2-year-old to suffer with a rash the receptionist said "yeaaaaaah". And that was that. Maybe her hands are tied by bureaucratic nonsense the doctor put in place, but if the doctor doesn't have the forethought to make an exception for children, I will happily skip over this place.

Great staff. Have been coming here for years and never had a problem.

Dr Altman is excellent. He very patiently went through my list of questions and did a thorough yearly exam. There is so much about skin care issues out there on Facebook videos, it was great that he clarified many of there falsehoods for me.

I can’t even begin to explain how awful my experience was. I had a growth on my face under my eye. This doctor came in on a scooter - no big deal. But when the nurse came in with the tank to burn off the growth—she had to pick him up from the scooter and then hand him the tank while balancing him against her. Then he came at my face with the tank and touched the nozzle to my face. My entire right side of my face blew up like a balloon. When the inflammation went down, it was apparent he completely missed the growth-leaving a permanent scar on my face and the growth is still there. I called and requested a different provider and they refused to give me someone else. I also requested they refund my insurance and my copay as this guy completely missed the growth which is what I went there for
