I had an excellent experience with this Natalie from start to finish. The office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and professional. Natalie took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The results have been amazing, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and top-quality dermatologic care.

Natalie Miller is awesome! I have a family history of melanoma, so I was very anxious going into my skin check. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very professional and friendly. Any spots I was concerned about, she made sure to address and reassure me. Natalie was very thorough and took her time with me. The front desk receptionist, Caley, was also very helpful when it came to insurance questions. I will always recommend everyone comes to this practice for any skin concerns! I have also been to the Johnstown office in the past and April Hofmann was fantastic!

My first visit with Altitude Derm. did not disappoint. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was able to make an appointment quickly and enjoyed my visit with Natalie Miller. She was very professional and engaging. Could not have had better service!

Initial appointment went great, was asked if I could come in for a follow up appointment with a different doctor, got that scheduled for 5 days away. Came in for that follow up appointment and eventually I was told I was scheduled during a time this doctor is not in the office. Waited in the room for over an hour with no pants, I was checked in on twice and apologized to. Finally the PA comes in and talks about how the doctor and her had reviewed my chart and stuff and had decided on these courses of action. Took a whole 5 minutes and the consulting doctor never even came into the room. I think I could hear him in the hallway but that is all. Could have been a phone call or a text message. Instead I had to take time off of work and pay for the 5 minutes of “doctor” time. Would not recomme
