Alternative Approach Acupuncture and Therapeutic Massage

I have had excellent experiences from both Acupuncture with Mark and Therapeutic Massage from Elizabeth from time to time over several years. Currently I am seeing Elizabeth for massages to relieve stress from emotional trauma as well as to treat an acute shoulder issue. The skill and compassion Elizabeth and Mark have is truly beyond compare. I know it sounds like I’m laying it on thick, but they really are great! Elizabeth has such depth of knowledge of the body that she makes use of every minute of the massage session to bring about results. I prefer deep tissue work and Elizabeth delivers! She offered to use CBD balm which I was excited to try and am very happy with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and Elizabeth!

I highly recommend her for an amazing deep tissue massage. I also saw Mark for acupuncture during my pregnancy- he is amazing at what he does as well! I have used both services at Alternative Approach and can honestly say that there are no better therapists then the Cahills. Mark is a wizard with the needles. He listens to what is going on in my life and tailors the treatment to suit. Elizabeth has helped me through several bouts of back and neck pain. I can whole heartedly recommend the Cahills to anyone looking for relaxation or alternative approach to medicine.
