very unprofessional & rude. it has been raining excessively all the night before- i even lost power- and day, im still a new driver and am scared of driving in the rain, especially on the road to them with the sharp curves, i called over an hour ahead twice & left a voicemail asking to reschedule, i got no response until 15 minutes past my appointment this woman- i know exactly who she is i can picture her face, she helped the doctor do my filling- called me asking where i was, i had explained that i was a very new driver and didn’t feel comfortable driving in the rain that far- over 30 minutes- and would like to reschedule, she said with a nasty attitude that they would not reschedule me and that i would’ve needed to call multiple days in advance and i should’ve left a message earlier , i

Horrible dentist! They made an appointment with me and I confirmed and all to get there and find the place closed. I missed an appointment due to a sick child and it took two months for them to approve keeping me on to now tell me that because of my missed appointment, they won’t fix my teeth, only clean them. I asked them about my children having cavities, I was told no, then my daughter lost two baby teeth that had obvious cavities. This place is nothing but a Medicaid sham, they don’t care about their patients and are very rude! They have even hung up on me. The customer service is horrible and the dentist himself has never been nice to me or my wife, always something rude to say. Since I have received a letter kicking me and my children from their office!

Great dentist! Staff is really nice too. Highly recommended. They accept Medicaid too.

This place is very unprofessional. My daughter was seen here today. When the dentist came in and grabbed the needle to numb her, she asked could she have just a moment before he stuck the needle in because she was very nervous. He tells her that she has a harpoon in her nose (nose ring) that is not medically necessary but yet she is not worried about her teeth & then he walks out and refused to do her root canal today. She acted the same way when getting her nose pierced. Instead of him telling her to just open up or he wouldn’t do it, he just walks out and sends in his assistant 20 minutes later to tell her that he refuses to do it today. My daughter came out to the front window and was talking to the lady at the front desk about rescheduling and she was telling me what had happened. I to

Dr Fields has been my dentist for over a decade. He’s done everything from cavities to crowns to bridges. I’ve gone from not wanting to smile to being able to enjoy smiling. Very professional and great staff. I used to travel an hour to see Dr Fields because he is the only dentist I trust to do everything in a pain free manner.
