AltaMed Urgent Care — South Gate

The nurses and Dr. Frias are great. They have been kind and helpful. I didn’t wait for too long. I was seen right away. The Dr. listen to my concerns and is helping to get better. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Frias.

I have nothing bad to say about this alternate urgent Care all the doctors and physicians are very helpful and understanding and punctual and always on time in my eyes I don't know about everybody else

Incompetent!! Only 1 nurse we came at 5 we aren't able to be seen cause they reached maximum capacity supposedly

If I could give zero stars I'd give it without hesitation. My girlfriend is pregnant and she has routine check-up... 9 a.m is her appointment but they call her in at 9:30 just vitals. Then bring her out again after that. At 11 a.m they give her the room to wait for the doctor. It's 11:25 a.m and still no doctor 2 hours and a half and she still waiting to get seen for the 9 a.m appointment

They did not have a doctor on Wednesday during their urgent care hours. My kid was a ER follow up and they denied him services. Front desk is always rude. They also do not give you a copy of X-rays or any other information asked for. Basically the only good thing about this place is that it is clean.
