A WEEK for medication refill for a child is CRAZY!! And had they tried to order the medicine when the prescription was sent it LAST WEEK, We would have the medication already! Its like they just wait for the person to call when they are out of medicine.... TOTAL INCOMPETENCE... I DEFINITELY won't be back!!

I am a provider who called this pharmacy because I needed a transfer of a medication for a patient who had been left without medication by this pharmacy for over a week. Whoever answered the phone told me that he had nothing pending there, and when I explained to this person that he was seen 10 days ago and his mother tried to pick up his medication and was denied, the prescription was indeed found. This person wanted to transfer me, but when I tried to ask her an additional question she said "Talk to me right," and hung up on me. I guess her ego is more important than a patient's needs. If the patient is in pain, or has a manic episode, he is less important than her childishly hurt feelings.

Friendly, prompt service. Preferable to the prominent national chains. Only issue is that the automated phone prescription refill system doesn't work consistently.

Westlake Pharmacy is exactly what we need in pharmacies. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and driven. The best part? If you can't make it in person, you can order your prescription, and they will deliver it free of charge! I certainly won't be changing pharmacies any time soon!
