my family & I can’t even begin to express how thankful we all are for the quality of care and assistance provided to my aunt during her stay at this facility. rehab team worked hard to keep my auntie motivated, nursing team was very transparent & communicative with my family, and social services dept. always prioritized all of her appointments. big thank you to the Altaview team during our time of need!

I called to find out about the condition of my family member since I was really worried of their treatment and how they would end up. Instead, the receptionist was very reassuring and gave me a lot of hope that they’re being treated well and taken care of 🙂 I then went to visit and she was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone, the staff are very kind and the place is very clean.

Great customer service, all the staff are nice to me when I call. Ive never had any problems with them. Every question i have about my grandma are always answered and always politely. The facility is clean and organized. Thats why i feel comfortable and at peace knowing that my grandma is in good hands.

All my family are thankful for all the support and encouragement the staff at Alta View Post Acute gave my grandpa they know how to take care of the patients nursing department was great always on top of medication and doctors appointments. For my grandpa discharge great job to the social worker the equipment was delivered on time and his therapy started right away at home. Great team work.
