I gave one star only because minus 5 stars was not an option. Worst experience ever. My granddaughter had a cavity and toothache. I called Alta Sky and was quoted $20 for xrays and exam. And $120 for a filling. I made appointment and finally got her in for the filling a week later. I called ahead the day of the appointment to ask if they were going to do the filling that day or at least give her something for the pain. I should have known it was not going to go well when they refused to give me a straight answer. I kept asking for some assirance that they were going to do the filling and I was told "maybe", "possibly", "probably." I took her to the appointment anyway and arrived 15 minutes early but waited for everyone who walked in later to be called into the back first before finally bei

I can’t recommend dentist Edward Connell enough! He has been kind, patient, and truly understanding. My husband has had terrible experiences in the past being judged, rushed, and even mocked about his teeth.. so he avoided care for years. This is the first provider who treated him with respect, explained everything in detail, and never made us feel rushed or embarrassed. He even called us back on his day off while running errands, just to answer all of our questions! He is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. Finally finding a dentist like him has completely changed how we feel about dental care, and we are so grateful!

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been a patient at, and I’ve been to a lot of dentists. The entire team here genuinely cares about their patients, and it reflects on the way they treat you from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve never had a dentist so good with giving shots, I truthfully barely feel them. And on top of that, he’s efficient! A few fillings and a crown or 2 is nothing for this team to get you in and out. They have multiple payment plan options if you don’t have the money that day, and they’re extremely flexible with scheduling. They are more on top of my calendar than I am! I am a HUGE fan of this practice, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family! 🩷
