I went in for an appointment with Elsa Dentist this afternoon. My crown had fallen out, I asked him to glue it back in. He refused to do so, still insisting that I need a root canal, even though there’s no pain! He told me several years ago that I needed a root canal or they have the tooth pulled. When I went in to get my tooth, pulled a Female dentist Took care of me that day. She asked me why I was going to have the tooth pulled. I told her that her partner told me it needed to be done, she told me it did not need to pulled and that she could save it and she did. It’s been at least six years and I haven’t had any issues with it until the crown came out, Still, there’s no pain even when he was poking around with his tools. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Shuaipaj was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The staff was welcoming and the office was spotless. Highly recommend!

I went in for an emergency appointment a month ago with my 5 month old in her car seat. They tried not to service me at first but I pushed back so they did. Before leaving, I made an appointment for today. Not a word was mentioned to me about my child and to not bring her next time-nothing. She sat in her car seat the entire visit and didn’t make a peep. The younger gentleman (the son) serviced me and said my baby was cute. Fast forward to today, I’m being told they won’t service me because I have my baby with me. I tell them I don’t have anyone to watch her and I am due for my appointment, and that I had her with me last time and there was no issues, I already had my xRays done last time as well and my baby waited right outside the cubicle so that’s already taken care of as well. Horrible establishment and should be under investigation due to lack of care and unprofessionalism. I came in for tooth pain and ended up getting my wisdom tooth and another tooth removed (for whatever reason that wasnt explained) and I’ve been in unbearable pain for 2 weeks and counting. I can never get a hold of the office to get a solution and they won’t prescribe me medicine to ease the pain. During the extraction of my tooth the dentist was visibly upset with his assistant due to her inability to follow his simple directions. I should’ve known then they weren't a trustworthy establishment. If i would’ve checked the reviews I would’ve went somewhere else because most people who reviewed them are not satisfied and all you see is them trying to defend themselves instead of owning up to

I first went to Alsip Dental after the pandemic. The staff and doctor were great. I needed a filling redone and teeth cleaned. I was going every 3 months for 18 months with no complaints. I referred a friend and my son. The friend said the receptionist was rude and she finished her service and didn’t go back my son had his teeth cleaned, he said they were prejudice. I had a cleaning a couple of weeks ago and the reception’s attitude was unprofessional and I told her that.The dentist came out of his office came over to the area where we were and just stood there he didn’t say a word. I said she is something else Doc and left . A week ago my cap came off . I called the office and left a message explaining what I needed I never received a call from them this is confirmation.
