I hate dental offices. I walked in yesterday nervous and high strung. Staff was nice and Tammy, who did my X-rays, was gentle and kind as I gagged like a 3 year old. Dr Hartnell was kind and thorough. Gave me the facts and I was out the door. I’ll be back. I am super pleased to have a dentist I LIKE.

My uncle got sent to collections 9 years after service, He said he would make payments but they declined and are garnishing his wages. He has lower income and this business practice sounds predatory. I will be investigating with the state and local attorneys as the $3,000 balance was 9 years old. The dentist said the contract and records were destroyed at year 7. This sounds like a deceptive business practice. My uncle was told his insurance should cover the amount but afterwards he got a bill. I will be assisting filling BBB complaint, yelp and attorney general complaints for this deceptive business practice.

The dentist is fine. No complaints. Watch out when you just want your teeth cleaned, though. You may have options that they don't tell you about. In my case, the hygienist performed a treatment—without asking—that my insurance wouldn't pay for. It was painful and I had to pay out of pocket.

Everything in this place is great. Even the back ground musica is very calming. The Doctor and the whole staff are very friendly and profesional.

dishonest, took my money, wouldn't serve me, don't trust them, they lied to me about coming in for an appointment, they scheduled it, I came in and then they demanded more money before treatment so they made me left the office.
