Alps Pharmacy

They're only ok. Communication is awful. It doesn't matter who is at the counter they will never greet you. Ever. They just blankly star at me until I greet them. I should start charging them if I have to give my own customer service.

Alps has gone above & beyond for our entire family. We have a 13yo with complex medical issues & a 2yo recently diagnosed with epilepsy. I’ll never forget when I made the best decision to switch from another local corporate pharmacy. They put both my children’s health in jeapardy by delaying their refilled medications by days, constantly texting “ready, pick up in store”, show up, nothings ready, come back multiple times in the coming days, constantly calling & showing up only to once again be treated rudely & not gave the proper meds. Then come to find out 2 were out of stock & needed ordered, 1 couldn’t even be made there…which we weren’t informed of…. til the moment we transferred to Alps. Best decision of our lives. Not only did they have all medications ready in less that 30 minutes,

Best pharmacy, friendly staff, and great prices. That also have a lot of different unique spa type items here.

I recommend this pharmacy for sure. Prices are good but the best is the customer service. People are so kind.
