They got insurance approval for me so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Very clean facility. Kind professional nurses.

I switched to Alps a couple months ago and it’s been an amazing experience! I had previously been getting my infusions at my hospitals infusion center and went through 6 years of constant insurance battles. I had several long periods of insurance denials, and many occasions where I would go without my medication. Once Alps took over, my infusion was approved within a couple weeks and I was pretty quickly scheduled! I have also had GREAT experiences with both their infusion nurses! They are always very kind, patient, and attentive to providing great patient care. This switch has made my life much easier in ways most people can’t imagine! (ANDD I haven’t had to call my insurance company at all since the switch🤣! ) Truly a great experience! Will always recommend Alps to everyone!
