Alpine Dental Group

Alpine Dental Group is HORRIBLE!! They have a very unprofessional group of staff and all they do is play and giggle instead of conducting themselves in a professional manner. I believe in making a happy work environment, but they behave in a very childish way. Last Friday my husband had both of his lower wisdom teeth removed. He wasn't made aware that their office DO NOT provide Laughing Gas nor any type of mild sedation. They numbed his mouth the best they could, but he was in extreme pain during the procedure. The dentist informed him that one of the teeth was infected and he would need to take an antibiotic. He was sent home in severe pain with no antibiotics and no pain meds. He had to go all weekend hurting and just taking Tylenol (no help at all). He called the dentist this morning (

Yes. My wife and I go to the Buckhead location. I just have to give praise to the Dental Hygienist Tina..... Tina is so good. so caring... In a world where it's becoming harder and harder to find someone who does a great job, who enjoys there job... I have to say .. Tina is surly one. She make it a pleasure to good to the Dentist.. Thankyou Tina .... You are really a delight. five stars for you.. .

The most unprofessional Dentist I’ve ever been to. Came up with a treatment plan for me using a 2 year old xray, and charged me for services I did not need. Told them to refund me and that I’ll be going elsewhere, refund was supposed to be back in my account in 2-3 business days and now it’s been over two weeks. Highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Honest reviewer ** I would recommend alpine dental to anyone based on my experience for many reasons. The office was nice and clean. Tina my hygienist is probably the best I ever had. She was very informational and was as sharp as any dentist. She wandered answered all my questions and gave good advice. They way she worked on my teeth was 10/10 because teeth are very sensitive. Unlike other practices I’ve been too they did not try to recommend unnecessary work just for money. Dr. Powell Is very nice and chill. And why would you not want a trained eye who’s been doing it this long not looking at your mouth. 10/10. Thank you Tina and Dr. Powell. Can’t remeber the lady at the front desk name but thank you also for getting me to the back as soon as possible and being very nice 😉

The service is HORRIBLE. I called in to get an emergency appointment because my face is swelling. Although I bought attention to them before that there is an issue with the bridge they put in they still said everything if fine. Now I am having issues. I called the lady picked up the phone said nothing. I called back rang 7 times gave her my name she asked me was I there before. I told her I I have been a patient there over 15 years she still could not find me in the system. Told her it is an emergency she could care less seemed more occupied doing something else. Time to change dentist
