AlphaCare Urgent Care Spanish Fort

Really grateful for the folks at AlphaCare. I recently injured my ankle and didn’t know what to do! I was able to be seen relatively quickly and every one of the girls there helped me get around. I’m especially thankful for the time Amanda spent with me. She was thorough with my X-rays, communicating with their X-ray team, carefully placing a splint, and discussing treatment options. She placed a referral nearby and my meds were ready to pick up quickly. It’s nice to not be treated like a number and rushed out of the office like some other urgent cares I’ve visited. Thanks again to the whole team for taking the time to care for me properly!

We were referred here for imaging by another UC, and let me say it was the best thing to happen! The entire staff at AlphaCare we so kind and compassionate, especially to my teen daughter who was in considerable pain at the time. They welcomed us quickly and got us to a treatment room right when we walked in. The nurses and techs were very thorough as was the doctor we saw. They even answered my questions the next day by phone so I didn't have to make my injured child make another trip. Best UC experience ever! Thank you AlphaCare!

Great service, great staff, and great care. I was in and out quickly. I saw Amanda, and she was incredibly kind and communicative. She took the time to really listen to me and carefully diagnose my concerns. She was an AMAZING provider. The nurse Jennifer and Front Desk Mickey were extremely nice. They had huge smiles on their face. I left feeling refreshed and truly cared for.

I will continue coming here because overall I’ve had good experiences, but my most recent visit absolutely needs to be addressed. I went in for a sick visit on 1/24, and the doctor decided to do a nasal swab and send it off for a more accurate diagnosis. On Monday 1/26, I called to see if my results were back. The woman who answered was rude and condescending, as if I was inconveniencing her by calling about my own test results. She didn’t even check the system and simply dismissed me, saying someone would call if the results were in. Nobody ever did. I called again the next day, 1/27, and spoke with a different woman who was much more helpful and genuinely concerned that I had not received my results yet. This clinic is wonderful! Ashley Guy at The Fairhope Clinic is as sharp as they come. Very thorough, very informative, she handles your needs like you would hope your GP or even specialist would. You will walk out of that clinic knowing you will feel better. If you have other another illness, she matches your current needs with the correct meds that your body is capable of handling, that won't further cause damage, in my case, my kidneys. They follow with calls to check on you, lab results and further instructions if needed. Excellent experiences each time I've seen Ashley.
