Been seeing Alex for probably a dozen years and should have given a review before now. Simply the best in bodywork that I've tried. More than just a massage therapist. Heyll syo what your body needs, like stretches or whatever. I styarte running again because of Alex encouraging me without being judgemental. Been running for seven years now in large part because of Alex and feel better at 54 years old than I've ever felt. I just finished an 8 mile running and was thinking about Alex and grateful for the work he does for me, so that's why I am reviewing today.
