My experience with Dr. Lee was exceptional from the front to the back. They were SO accommodating in every way. They made me feel so comfortable and me like a lot of other people are either embarrassed to even go to the dentist or feel very uncomfortable about going. I am very thankful. Rachel

Lovely experience. Front receptionist Tuy: kind, patient, proactive. Front desk Jameila: sweet, bubbly, considerate, accommodating. Dental assistant + hygienist: while the interactions were brief, both lovely. Dentist Dr. Lee: gentle, patient, answered my questions + showed me my xrays and walked me though what was what (I adore that), knowledgeable. All around great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I would give this place negative stars if possible. My crown came off unexpectedly and I needed to get my crown replaced. I called around and landed on Alpha Dentistry. The lady who answered the phone was sweet, and she said she could squeeze me in to help me out. I show up for my appointment, and I made sure to ask how much it would cost to get this done for cash, as my insurance is new and I knew I may have to use cash. They take my back and that’s when the tragedy began—- The tech too multiple tries to get the piece in for the x-ray ( hurting me throughout) and then asked me MANUALLY HOLD THE X-RAY gun for the x-ray (???) After the x-ray the Dr walks in and say I need a crown and walks out. I asked him if he is going to start on my mouth and he says: “I’m too busy not today”

Always an exceptional experience from office staff, to Dr. Le doing the cleaning for an in-depth assessment of teeth and gum health and all around caring family environment. Thanks for making me feel special everyone I’m there.
