I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at this dental practice. This is the best dental care I’ve ever received. kind, patient, explains everything clearly. clean, modern, welcoming Staff friendly, organized, respectful , pain-free treatment, great outcomes. I felt comfortable and well cared for. She took time to explain my options. I no longer dread dental visits. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The doctor who saw me was great, but the receptionists are very disorganized, not competent, and don’t seem to care about your time. I spent an entire week calling and messaging just to schedule a follow-up. When I finally arrived for my appointment, they told me it had been canceled — but they forgot to call and let me know. I scheduled another day, and when I came back, they said they had canceled it again because I “didn’t answer their confirmation call.” On the third attempt, I spent 15 minutes trying to find parking, and when I finally got there, they said I was the last patient before lunch and couldn’t wait for me. When I asked to reschedule, they charged me $50.

My son is getting work done so far so good. We have no complaints. Staff is very nice. They send reminders for appointments and make sure you are coming. I like that because I am forgetful. :)
