I wish I read the reviews and done more research on braces before my mother set up an appointment for me with Dennis Chan. The first problem is the wait time. Despite showing up on time for the appointment, we'd usually have a 40+ minute wait time before we get to be seated. It seems that this place overbooks very often. In terms of braces, whenever I came back for my appointment/check-up: 1. Dennis Chan does not seem to know what he's doing and would often forget what he did at our previous check-up. Went here as they are the one place that takes my BCBS MEDICARE for annual cleaning. Friendly, decent employees. Not much interaction with the dentist. This week called due to severe toothache. They were able to see me that day. Did have a bit of a wait. Dentist diagnosed an infection. Gave me antibiotics and managed my pain. Very affordable. Looking at possible implants. Will definitely consider Dr. Chan.

Stay away from them! I make an appointment and when I got there didn’t see me because they said that they called me a day before to confirm my appointment but because they couldn’t get in touch with me they canceled my appointment! When I made the appointment they never mentioned to me that they needed to confirm my appointment or it will be canceled!

Doesn't need appointment, tons of people waiting. Inside the clinic is divided into about 5 different dental chairs. There's only one doctor, rest are inexperienced nurses, who are sloppy and unprofessional. Basically the doctor goes from one dental chair to the next, taking care of 5 to 6 patients at the same time. So he doesn't really have time to pay attention to what you're saying, or bother to ask the patient the important questions that the doctor should ask. I had a root canal, then a crown installed, also had a cavity not very deep that just needed a filling. After more than 4 months, my gum is still hurting, and I went back twice to get the crown shaved lower, but still feels too high. I have other crowns done to other teeth by other dentists, but never had these many problems. It

Horrible service, dentist doesn’t care about what the patient says, and they rush you out without much followup. Absolutely would not recommend! Avoid this practice. There’s a reason behind why their ratings are consistently low.
