Almouie Pediatrics Rodd

We had a great experience at Almouie Pediatrics today. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Ms. Ruby, who was very polite and gentle while taking our baby’s vitals and weight. She made the process smooth and comfortable. Ms. Abbas took the time to listen carefully to our concerns about our baby’s worsening eczema and addressed them thoroughly. We really appreciated how attentive and caring she was. Overall, the staff was professional, kind, and reassuring. We felt heard and well cared for during our visit.

Amazing clinic!! To start off the front staff are so welcoming always confirms my appointments. The nurses are also so amazing always so attentive. My daughter has seen both doctors and they both are very informative & so thorough when answering any of my concerns I’m so glad i chose this pediatric office to care for my child and answer any questions i have. Good job Almouie - Roddfield staff keep up the work :)

Amazing office very clean feels like family every time. My kiddos love this place so much and that is a plus. I totally recommend if you’re looking for a pediatric clinic. I love the Rodd Field office the best, far location but so worth it. To tell the less I drive 45 minutes just to take my kiddos to doctor appointment. Dr. Abbas is the best very knowledgeable and takes her time to listen.

Pros: the physician we saw was very kind, I trusted her judgement and felt comfortable working with her. It was also easy to get an appointment. The medical staff were nice. That’s basically where it ends for positivity. Cons: front desk staff making multiple mistakes. My daughter’s bday was wrong- I called the day before arriving to correct it. It was still wrong when I arrived. Insurance provided- received a bill where they did not enter the insurance correctly, more calls to fix. The waiting room always has a tv that is so loud that you can’t hear yourself think. I was so overstimulated as an adult that I asked them to turn it down. I can’t imagine bringing a child with special needs or auditory sensitivities. The wait can be really long. You can tell they pump kids through there- ov

Waiting area is NOT Autism Friendly otherwise great. The colorful waiting room has a television for entertainment and bright characters on all the walls. While the staff is friendly and do try to get us into a patient room ASAP. My autistic child needs to sit on the floor outside of the waiting room due to the overstimulated environment. This last visit she was sitting in the vestibule over 45 mins exposed to the cold air everytime the entry door was opened. With that said, I do recommend this pediatric office for their service and expertise. Once back in the quieter patient area, my child feels comfortable and is able to participate in the appointment. We will continue to come to Almouie Pediatrics, however, consideration for Autistic patients is HIGHLY recommended.
