The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because Dr Jacobson is amazing but the staff here are awful. They never answer the phones and when they do they give you the wrong information. Our contacts and glasses came in on Feb 19 and they claim they called me and my husband and that both of our phones just kept ringing so they were unable to leave a message. I called Feb 25 and was told the order wasn’t ready when it was sitting in the store. It’s not a coincidence that we consistently have issues getting calls or calling this place. It’s evident the staff doesn’t want to do their job. We won’t be returning

I've been going to Dr. Jacobsen for almost 20 years. She is Professional, Caring, and gives you enough time to thoroughly Explain. Since I'm a computer specialist, I always had Reading glasses. When I got old, I needed a second pair for Long Distance. Her eye glasses prescriptions were always accurate. I appreciate her Early Detection of Cataract; referred me to one of the best Cataract Surgeons.

Don’t waste your time with this office. Not only are they rude, but they hire young people that don’t do their job properly. They wasted my time. I came in for an appointment, and then they said they don’t participate with my insurance. No apologies whatsoever. They lied and said they called me. I am so glad to not give them any business.

Dr Jacobsen deserves NO STARS because she is very deceitful and disingenuous! She ran my SSN and DOB on an insurance that was never provided to her in hopes to make more money. She was never authorized to do what she did and I will be filing complaints against her. I understand they make more money per frames and lenses that they sell. Watch out for her and her staff! Make sure she uses the insurance that you provided before your eye exam.

I’ve been going to Doctor Alma Jacobsen since I was 15 years old. I am 33 now. She is the kindest sweetest eye doctor ever. She is so good at what she does and you can tell she cares for her patients. I now bring my 13 year old and he likes her too. I love that we are both Mothers and can talk about motherhood. I’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend her services.
