Allure Dental Specialists of Huntington Beach

I came in for a new-patient consultation and immediately felt they were looking for excuses to bill my insurance. They claimed I needed two fillings even though one wasn’t an actual cavity. I only needed one broken filling repaired, but they pushed unnecessary treatment. The coordinator was short, impatient, and unprofessional. She even told me, “If it’s too much, complain to your insurance.” When I called back to ask what my insurance would cover, they refused to tell me and said they had already “transferred my file out.” Overall, it felt like they were trying to overcharge my insurance and pressure me into unnecessary services. I would proceed with caution.

My experience with Allure dental has always been positive. Everyone their is very friendly, from the minute you walk in, your greeted with a smile. The doctors have always been friendly, and shown actual concern about my dental needs in a very conservative matter. I would definitely recommend Allure Dental to friends and family!

When I first started with Allure Dental I was very nervous and anxious due to what some people call the “ white coat syndrome “ the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt relaxed instantly. I let my dental health go, due to my anxiety. I needed extensive dental treatment. The staff and doctors made sure I was comfortable and understood the treatment recommended. I’ve never written a review for anyone... but after the wonderful experience I had as a first-time patient at Allure with Dr.Miele , it is something I wanted to do. All my life I have had a big fear and anxiety about seeing a dentist and my dental health has suffered because of it. Long story short, I developed a serious dental problem and this wonderful staff welcomed me right away as a new patient during this difficult time .. immediately I was made to feel at home and welcome and cared for. Dr. Miele treated me with a lot of patience .. and his skill as a dentist during my whole procedure was (almost) enough to cure my phobia about dentists....the procedure was painless and he and Danila helped me feel assured rather than afraid through the whole ordeal. I’m very grateful for the care
