AllSet Urgent Care Norman

Another great visit today to Urgent Care Integris Health at 1431 24th St NW in Norman today. I had back surgery 8 days ago and the steri-strips had worked their way loose so it was a bit of a mess, can't reach the surgeon because it's Saturday and dont want to risk infection by doing nothing, better safe than sorry. As always, Tiffany and Chelsea up front are friendly and welcoming. It's Saturday, I'm sure they'd rather be somewhere else other than work but it doesn't show, they are all smiles. My doctor was Eddie Luevano PA-C and he was super friendly and efficient. Got me all cleaned up, new steri-strips installed and new clean dry dressing over top. One of the great things I love about this place is how fast they see you. I've never seen more than 2 people in front of me and that'

This location is literally top notch! I work front office so first impressions are everything, especially for my daughter who is 5 and doesn’t like the doctor’s office at all! We came in as a walk in, as soon as we walked in we were greeted promptly and were taken care of! Our provider was Kelly Nesdahl and our assistant was Janie and they were so great with my daughter! I have never had her act so calm and cooperative in any kind of setting like that ever. Should we ever need urgent care again we will definitely come back here! The level of patient care, friendly attitudes and knowledge can’t be beat! Customer service is so important these days especially in the medical field. Thank you, Kelly and Janie, you are both great!

I came in looking unwell, miss Teeia greeted me with a concerned expression, offered me a bag, because I felt really nauseous. Good thing, I came in when it wasnt busy. She took me right away. Both Teeia and Tiffany were so accommodating, they took really great care of me. Made sure that I was comfortable the whole time, I arrived alone. However, I didn't feel like I was on my own. The most amazing care and service I have ever had at an Urgent Care. Answered all my questions promptly. I arrived unwell, and left way better, nausea practically disappeared. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Review for AllSet Urgent Care I had such a great experience at AllSet Urgent Care today. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and kind. The front desk staff checked me in quickly, and the nurse who took my vitals made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was saying. The APRN was amazing — very thorough, gentle, and genuinely concerned about how I was feeling. They didn’t rush me at all. They asked questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the plan before I left. It honestly felt like they cared about me as a person, not just another patient. I also want to add on how caring she is!! She is extremely personable, she went out of her way to share some stuff with me. I will be back if I ever have any problems!!!

I had a great experience at urgent care with Kelly Nesdahl, who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in treating my ear infection. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan before leaving. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude — she made the whole visit so much easier and more comfortable. A big thank-you as well to Kailey, the medical assistant, who was very helpful and efficient throughout my visit. Together, they make a great team! I left feeling confident in my care and would absolutely recommend Kelly Nesdahl and the staff here to anyone needing urgent medical attention.
